Use Google Trends to Leverage Your Affiliate Marketing Efforts

Without special notice in the last weekend Google launched their new service: Google Trends. With Google trends you can get valuable information at the traffic data of variety of websites.

As you can expect during this weekend some of the bloggers wrote about the new Google Trends service. As always, some people like it and some are note. Some are claiming that the data is not accurate comparing to the other data providers like Comscore and Compete.

To be honest I don’t care how accurate is the data.
I will leave this argument to the companies with the interest. Google is holding more than 50% of the search around the world and as an affiliate this information is very valuable. After all the data will not reflect in any circumstance an imaginary situation.

So far I used services like Quantcast in order to track about my niche competitors. But my main use of Quantcast data is to recognize profitable niches based on others activity.

I know that not many will get the courage to admit that they track after others marketing efforts. If you don’t track your competitors not only you loose money and good business opportunity but you don’t act professionally. In a world with so many business opportunities you must utilize your time in the most efficient way.

Anyway, Google Trends is another tool that you can use to find valuable information about the niches and products with great chance to success. You just need to know what to ask and what to look in those reports.
I compared Quantcast and Google Trends results and I can tell you for sure that Google Trends can help you a lot to success as an affiliate marketer.

I am very busy these days with so many new projects but Google Trends gave me the urge to write a special report on how to use their tool to leverage the affiliate marketing efforts. I am sure that very soon we will find at least one $29 e-book on this topic but I am going to give this report for free to my readers.

An email would be send to my email subscribers very soon with the link to the report download page. If you did not subscribe yet, now it will be a good time.

Yeah there are so many blogs saying things about google trends, and no one posted something about comparing google trends with alexa and others.
