Although most for the system is ready we still have some open issues that we need to close.
Unfortunately few weeks ago my partner on this project decided to drop. He got tired from the start-up way of life and moved to a bigger company. This is the main reason that things are going slow now, but we are very close to the end.
Allow me to wish him a big success although I am sure he is going to be sorry for not sticking with this project :)

We have only minor issues to close before it will be released. I am aware to the fact that the due date has passed. Originally it was the end of March 2008. However, I am sure you will forgive us once you will have the opportunity to use it.

Did I mention that every one can use it? Did I mention that we are offering a FREE account with no charge? Yes, you hear me right. Its not one of the 1st of April fools.
In the future we will offer a paid extended service, but this will be on top the FREE account.

Once the system will be launched everyone will be able to signup and add their domains to the system. Well… not everyone because at some point we are about to close the system for new members in order to see how the algorithm is handling large number of websites. Do not worry; at the end everyone will be able to use it. If you want to be one of the firsts to use it, keep visit Smarty Link Exchange website. I will continue to update you on my blog about what happening with Smarty Link Exchange system.

If you want your friends to be also one of the first to join Smarty Link Exchange, now its the time to tell them about it. We will monitor the algorithm work and we will limit the number of the signing up based on its results. I am sure that with your help we will come up with a great product.

Tip for the future:
Once you will have your account you can manage all of your domains in it. You will not need to open multiple accounts for each of your domains. Beside if the fact that managing your domains with a single account will be much easier, the system will know not to backlink between your own websites. With a single account you will be able to manage all of your domains outgoing links and one way backlinks.

It’s the system that webmasters have dreamed about (well… you can blame me for not been objective)

I would like to open a series of posts in which I will tell you some of the benefits that you are going to meet with Smarty Link Exchange system. We still have lots of features that we are going to add into it, but those are not going to delay the up coming launch.

We chose a simple design for Smarty Link Exchange website. The main thought behind the design is our will to give the visitor valuable information in a simple intuitive way. It wasn’t simple as its sound because we had to deal with lots of information that we need to expose to the user. That’s includes the information about the domains, links pages, outgoing links and of course the backlinks to the webmaster websites.

The user interface was developed using AJAX. Developing web applications with AJAX is slowing you down a bit. However the outcome makes it worth, especially to the user who uses the system. With AJAX the data is been sent to the user desktop without refreshing the all webpage. It makes the navigation in the website very fast comparing to non AJAX websites. I am sure that webmasters who will use Smarty Link Exchange system, whether to manage a single domain or to manage several domains, will find Smarty Link Exchange AJAX GUI interface very valuable.

These days we are performing the final tests of the algorithm. We are doing the best to release the website with minimum bugs. Bugs are part if the game. I am sure that bugs will be found in the future for us to fix them. After all, the system has to deal with a large number of rules in order to find the best backlink matches to each website.

Within the next posts I will start to reveal some of the secrets behind Smarty Link Exchange technology. How the algorithm is working and how you can help yourself to get more backlinks to the system. Hopefully by the time Smarty Link Exchange will be launched you will be ready for it, knowing much more about its offering.

The system is under testing and we keep improving the algorithm. Last week we found a bug in the algorithm. At first glance we thought that we are not going to make till the due date. After two days of hard work the problem was found so we could sat and relax :)

I had the chance to demonstrate the Smarty Link Exchange system to several of my mates at the affiliate summit in Vegas. I’ve got warming feedbacks along with some good tips that we are working on them these days. I am sure that Smarty Link Exchange will be a good service to the SEO market.

The main design was changes. The system is fully AJAX support so you can expect it to run fast and smoothly. We did our best to enhance the user experience. It wasn’t easy since the Smarty Link Exchange includes so many features and options.
